User Researcher - Internship or Working Student () (m/w/d)

We are combining the latest medical research, data science, bio-sensor technology, and human-centred design to enable sustainable behaviour change and improve health outcomes.

We are developing the first medical-grade, certified digital therapy that sustainably solves metabolic dysfunction using precision nutrition.

We are a fast-growing, remote-first team. You will join us at a hugely exciting time as we launch our solution, with opportunities to shape the direction of the company from when you start.

Tasks

Conduct primary and secondary user research with our members and target users. This can involve early exploratory interviews, surveys, prototype and design testing and post launch validation. You will advocate research findings throughout Una in both written and oral presentations. Working closely with product, engineering and design your insights will help us build a product that has tremendous health impacts for our members.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English
• A good understanding of user research as a job
• Experience working with people and understanding their needs
• Ability to quickly and effectively share research results
• A degree in a relevant discipline such as Human/Computer Interaction, UX Research, Psychology, Digital Assets, Social Science, Anthropology or Digital Assets
